Quick Set-Up:
- Hot route the RE into hook zone to the left
- Hot route the NT into a hook zone to the right.
- QB Contain the outside pass rushers (optional)
- Press man coverage (optional).
- Show blitz (optional).
Coaching Points:
- Pressure is designed to come from the nickelback from the left side of the offensive line
- The left end is the play's flex defender. He can put QB Contain, hot routed QB Contain, into a curl flat, or can be user-controlled. It's really up to you based on what your opponent likes to do on offense,
- The free safety plays the deep middle zone, consider user controlling him.
- Consider using Show Blitz. This will put the strong safety down closer to line of scrimmage. This will give your opponent the illusion of that Cover 0 blitz when really it's Cover 1.
