In this Madden Plays video, we look at creating an old school zone defense called Nickel 2-4-5 – 9 Velcro.
To re-create the Nickel 2-4-5 – 9 Velcro, we use the Nickel 2-4-5 – Cover 4 Quarters. By making just a few pre-snap adjustments, we have 9 defenders dropping in zone coverage, while 2 defenders pass rush the quarterback.
