The Gun Trey Open – Dbl Ins has a pass route that we like to run against bump-n-run man coverage. The pass route is the slot’s in route as he doesn’t get jammed at the line scrimmage.

- Hot route the runningback on a swing route.
- Against Cover 2 man coverage the slot’s in route will be open.
- The tight end’s drag route is another good option to throw to
- The reason we hot route the runningback is to clear out the middle of the field for the slot receiver.
